Returns & Exchanges
All items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for your return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For your returns, you can contact us via email on firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without an initial request a return may be refused.
For your exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via email on email@example.com if the item is faulty or damaged. We then evaluate the issue and make it right.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we notify you whether a refund is accepted or not. Once the refund accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card to process and post the refund.

Please contact us via email on firstname.lastname@example.org to return your parcel. A return shipping label must be attached in your postal returns.
